MAIP specialises in property search and acquisition, providing comprehensive investment advice to meet client requirements, with branches in the UK and China.
Founded in 2008, we were established with the aim to create a centre of excellence for UK real estate, working closely with UK based and Overseas Chinese investors of UK property.
In addition to our own dedicated team of property professionals, we have forged strong links with associated service providers in the UK such as local & overseas banks, legal advisors, surveyors & valuers, estate agents and building contractors.
CONSULTANCY
Our consultancy services are not limited to the basic Property Finder service, we can also assist with relocation, mortgage & finances through professional intermediaries, law, project & portfolio selection and property development through our network of dedicated professionals. We have also expanded our offering to include land acquisition, commercial property, renovation/property development as well as research services and aftersales assistance. We have worked with a number of home buyers and investor groups based in the UK, China and East Asia and work through a network of investment professionals based in Mainland China and East Asia.
